MICHAEL L. MC FADDEN

Michael L. (Mike) Mc Fadden, the President and 100% owner of CMAC CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, has worked in the Petro Chemical Industry since 1975. He is responsible for managing the daily construction activities for CMAC CONSTRUCTION COMPANY. His duties include: estimating, bidding, contact negotiations, dispatching crews, checking jobs for proper workmanship, overseeing job site progress, and working job site supervision. For the construction and maintenance of refineries, tank farm storage facilities for petroleum and chemical products, and chemical processing plants performed, his direct supervision involves: structural steel, concrete, painting, excavating, trenching, underground pipelines for fuel and gas, grading, paving, electrical, process piping including butt weld steel piping and stainless steel piping, etc.

CMAC SAFETY POLICY

CMAC CONSTRUCTION COMPANY has a comprehensive Safety Program, which is in compliance with SB198 and the General Industry Safety Orders per the Cal OSHA guidelines. Our Safety Program consists of a Code of Safe Practices developed with general safety rules for the construction industry and an Injury and Illness Prevention Program implemented by a Safety Director who maintains a system for ensuring that employees comply with safe and healthy work practices, including safety meetings, training programs, written communication, recognition and disciplinary actions, jobsite inspections and a labor/management safety and health committee. The effectiveness of our safety program has greatly reduced our injuries and illnesses and has increased the Safety Awareness of our employees.
